Marck Motors Body Shop is friendly, professional and trustworthy. I've been a customer for about six years. I like the way they run their shop. They keep me up-to-date with a complete list of what needs to be done and a schedule of the process. They keep in touch with me through email and phone, and always let me know if there is any veering away from the schedule or if another issue comes up. They let me know what my options are, they treat me like I am the mananger in charge of my car. Also, I know the guys who work on my vehicle. They don't hide them away in the back, you actually get to meet them so you know who's fixing your car.
I think they always deal with me fairly and I have wonderful experiences every time. They really care about their customers. I even bring my friends there with me and then they take their cars too! I highly recommend this place!
