Marck Motors Body Shop

My husband and I have been sending our vehicles to Marck Motors for over a decade, ever since our auto insurance provider (USAA)recommended them (Thank God!). We can't say enough about how personable and conscientious, not to mention the talent they have for making autos look new again! One more great thing is their honesty and integrity. When I picked up my car after the most recent work it had done on it (plus the nice interior vacuum service was included!), I did not realize, until I arrived home later that evening, that an item I thought I had lost for good was neatly tucked into the driver's door pocket! Marck Motors Body Shop has been extremely courteous. They they're here for you and definitely want to listen to all your concerns, whether they're minor or major ones. They do anything they can to help. Whether through insurance or self-paid, they're more than willing to go above and beyond. They'll definitely drive you home or take you where you need to be after you drop your vehicle off, and you're vehicle is always ready on the day they promise. You can't say that about a lot of places, but you can say it about theirs. more

From the minute I called Marck Motors Body Shop, they were very efficient, polite, courteous, and they bent over backwards to ensure that I was completely satisfied. They called me back right away when I had questions and I would say that they had really good customer service. They were also very fast with assisting me on getting a good rental car. I heard about Marck Motors on the Mark Larsen Radio Show. The commercial recommended their service that removes the film build-up on headlights on older model vehicles. I decided to try it and was amazed and thrilled that they looked like new and my car looked so much newer also. What a difference in an hour! So happy I decided to do it, If you have the same problem, have Marck Motors fix you up..You will not regret the decision! Huge improvement! Very nice folks too! more

These guys were excellent in every way. My daughter was hit by another vehicle, damaging the entire front driver side wheel well, bumper, light, etc. The work they did was amazing, paint was spot on, coordination with my insurance company was flawless, rental car arrangements superior. Communication was thorough and professional and everything was honest and above reproach!! more

Marck Motors Body Shop is friendly, professional and trustworthy. I've been a customer for about six years. I like the way they run their shop. They keep me up-to-date with a complete list of what needs to be done and a schedule of the process. They keep in touch with me through email and phone, and always let me know if there is any veering away from the schedule or if another issue comes up. They let me know what my options are, they treat me like I am the mananger in charge of my car. Also, I know the guys who work on my vehicle. They don't hide them away in the back, you actually get to meet them so you know who's fixing your car. I think they always deal with me fairly and I have wonderful experiences every time. I have recommended Marck Motors Body Shop to all kinds of people because they are the best around. I have used them between 3 or 4 times. Everything is done on time, done right, and at the right price. I have had no problems at all. I keep using them because when the product comes back it comes back right. I don't have to tell them that something isn't right, or that something still needs to be fixed. They seem to be ahead of their customers in all of that. I feel now that if I leave a problem with them, they will absolutely solve it. I don't have to think about it at all, which is rare now. Even though it is beyond the scope of their service, whenever I have a question or problem not related to what they do, they will always refer me to someone who does as good of work as they do. I have been a customer of Marck Motors Body Shop for well over 25 years, more like 30, and I have had a number of things done. I am always satisfied with the results. I drove one of my vehicles from Washington state to them in order for Marck Motors to work on it. The most important thing is that you get what you pay for. My wife was in a car accident, and the car was damaged very badly. It really was a total, but the insurance company wanted to try and repair it. Marck Motors Body Shop showed them why it was not advantageous to repair, but that it was total. The insurance company then totaled it out instead, which was a good thing. We did have other work done there as well for a fender bender. You can't even tell anything happened; the work is perfect. I have recommended at least 6 people who have gone there, and they are all happy with the work Marck Motors has done. The people at Marck Motors, and Chris, are extremely personable.
