We tried to sell on our own but couldn't get nearly enough advertising to bring people in. No Charlotte realtor knew about our home either. We searched the Internet for discount brokers and flat fee real estate agents and found Don Anthony Realty. They are a great combination of For Sale By Owner and real estate agents because you get your home on the MLS and a bunch of other websites, but you don't have to pay the commission if there is no buyer agent. We immediately had a lot of people come see the house and it sold pretty quickly. They helped with everything and we saved a bundle. We're now using them to help us find our new home. I thought it was too good to be true at first, but I'm so glad I gave them a shot. You will be too!
