We enjoyed working with the Don Anthony team and were very grateful for the money they saved us. We appreciated them allowing us the freedom to do what we wanted on our terms, but always being available to help with questions and guidance. Great marketing – we saw lots of traffic even in a down time of the year. As soon as timing picked up, we were under contract lickety split. \r \r Have already recommended them to several of our friends! more

We would like to thank Don Anthony for saving us over $6300.00 on the sale of our house. This was the second time we have used their services for selling our house. Don's agents were always available for questions and this last one we had to go under contract while living in a different state.\r \r They helped us negotiate verbally before signing the final contract. Great way to sell a home! 4/1/2009

We tried to sell on our own but couldn't get nearly enough advertising to bring people in. No Charlotte realtor knew about our home either. We searched the Internet for discount brokers and flat fee real estate agents and found Don Anthony Realty. They are a great combination of For Sale By Owner and real estate agents because you get your home on the MLS and a bunch of other websites, but you don't have to pay the commission if there is no buyer agent. We immediately had a lot of people come see the house and it sold pretty quickly. They helped with everything and we saved a bundle. We're now using them to help us find our new home. I thought it was too good to be true at first, but I'm so glad I gave them a shot. You will be too! Pros: Awesome advertising and support at low price! more
