I've lived here since 1989 and I must say I'm more than pleased overall. The staff has always been kind and courteous to me. I unlike those others who will bad mouth this place take care of my yard and my home and have not once gotten a violation. It's all about appreciating what you have, even if it's not much. As long as you're a good clean person and take care of things properly and according to the rules you will have no problem. In fact the community sponsors events such as a fishing trip, community picnic, and a Christmas party where they give gifts out to younger children and have someone here to be Santa. They also have billiards room, weight room with sauna, swimming pool, basketball and playgrounds for kids. Another plus is you can walk right into bloomer state park from here!
Pros: Lots of amenities
Cons: Quite a few of the people that live here.
