Where do I start? I went without hot water for 3 days waiting for the service guy to look at my water heater. He tells me he cant fix it, I need a new one. took 2 guys 4 hours to change it, total bill to replace my 40 gallon electric water heater was over $1300... I could have had it done twice for that cost. Then it leaked, had to go without water for 2 more days waiting.
