Review content:
Every time I call Plateau Pest Solutions with a problem, they have been prompt. In 1-2 hours, they're on the job to take care of whatever problem I have. Terry has really been thorough with every little thing.
We used to have a problem with these fruit flies, which we could never get rid of. It was really hard because it's so hot and humid here. We set a lot of traps because we have a bar, and they like the beer, but their presence has been minimal this year. There's maybe 10 where there used to be a swarm. Plateau has been wonderful.
There is also a huge field next door to our place, with a lot of mice and rats, and they're not a problem anymore. They used to be on our roof and under the deck, and sometimes they would smell after they ate the bait. Terry found out where they were coming in, blocked the entry, and they're no longer a problem.
He is really helpful in telling us how to stop and alleviate our problems, as well as giving ideas for preventative maintenance so the pests don't keep coming back. He goes above and beyond and is a really good worker with great ideas and information. I cant say enough about how good they are.
