I've been using Plateau Pest Solutions for over a year. They give good service for overall pest and animal retardant. In two weeks, they took care of all the rats, mice, bees, spiders and ants we were having problems with, and they continue to provide good service. They are always friendly, and when they come, they clean all the spiderwebs around the house. If they see anything out of the ordinary, they will ask us if we want them to treat it before they do anything. That way, we don't get any surprise payments, which I appreciate. We had a rat problem, and Terry got right underneath the house to trap and clean out everything. I used to have a business, which is how I first met Terry. He's always so wonderful, and I really appreciate his service. He's just great, and I would highly recommend his service for either a business or a home! more

Very easy compared to the last company we used. 3/28/2014

It was our first time using Plateau Pest Solutions. My wife found them through Google and we always try to go with a smaller business if possible. The company I used before them would schedule us but then didn't show up. If they did show up there were still bugs. Plateau showed up on time if not early and the bugs actually went away. We have quite a large house and they did the entire thing and the perimeter. I have a young daughter and kids and I worry about their safety. We talked prior to the first job. Everything turned out really good and there were no issues at all. He was a very pleasant guy. They're a lot better than a bigger company--more personal, more reliable, and you can build a relationship with them. more

Positive experience! 3/27/2014

I had a really positive experience with Plateau Pest solutions. We were having a difficult ant situation because of all of the dryness in San Diego. Terry came out and sprayed. Six days later the ants started coming up in different areas. This was not his fault but he came out again and put the solution in the new areas along with other possible areas that could become a problem later. There was no argument and he did not even charge us. We really appreciate how accommodating they were. We have not seen an ant since. more

Honest, Knowledgeable, Reliable, Professional, Friendly, a real Value for the money. 3/23/2014

We use Plateau Pest Solutions monthly and have for the past few years. Our service concentrates mainly on flees and ticks. We live in a rural area near the Polo Grounds so we seem to get some spill over from them. Once we started using Plateau all the issues have been resolved and the price structure is a very good value. I should note for all to read that this service has not harmed any of the wildlife we have. My wife feeds and waters wild birds, there has been no decrease in numbers. We highly recommend Plateau Pest Solutions. more

5 star value 3/19/2014

We've been using Plateau Pest Solutions for two or three years. When we started it was for ants, then spiders, and we haven't had any problems because by the time we don't like what's out there Plateau comes out to deal with it. When my husband had his surgery they came to spray the weeds and offered other services. They come out every three months and we've recommended them to a lot of people. more

Plateau Pest Solutions was very diligent and helpful. I used them for a rodent problem I had. It was my first time using them, and it went very well. He still has traps left that he placed before, so I think he may continue to follow up with me. more

Absolutely awesome! 3/10/2014

I've been using Plateau Pest Solutions for about two years. Terry is extremely conscientious. He listens to me on every call whether or not it's an emergency, and he is very thorough with his explanations. He is aware of my pets and makes sure they don't get anything on them. I'm very satisfied with his service! He is extremely honest and very conscientious about his work. His pricing is fair. more

Excellent work and very knowledgable 2/19/2014

Terry is very helpful and knowledgable about organically getting rid of tree and lawn pest and I appreciate that he always gives me helpful suggestions on my many fruit trees to keep them healthy. I signed up for continual visits. Thank you Terry and Plateau Pest Solutions! more

Extremely happy 2/3/2014

Total satisfaction. 3/5/2013

I had a number of hillside gopher infestations. They were scattered among a lot of large cacti and succulents, so it wasn't the easiest access. Plateau Landscape Pest Solutions spent a lot of time getting to each and every one. It was thorough work with good results. more
