Strangely enough, The Masters Family Dentistry I visited was nothing like The above description leads you to believe! I walked in to a beautiful front waiting room, with beverages and a room just to entertain kids. The staff at the front desk did ask me to fill out paperwork, but I expected that, being a new patient. I was taken back shortly after I arrived, and the hygienist did xrays and was very talkative and nice. Once she was finished, she went and got Dr. Masters. He came in and did a thorough exam, letting the hygienist know that I had two fillings. He told me about it briefly, and the hygienist went over it with me. I never saw anyone in the office wearing ""lipstick"". The ladies at the front helped get me checked out, and rescheduled with no problem. Though it was busy, I never felt rushed or like I was a burden. Upon leaving, I realized there was only one way in and out, so it's strange that Dr. Masters was seen leaving out the back! Overall, this was one of the best experiences that I have had, and I highly recommend it!
