Just to balance some of the other reviews. HE IS NOT A MIRACLE WORKER! He is however a fine hypnotist. I had tried to quit smoking many times, and it never worked. Dr. Stiles helped me change my mindset. I have been smoke free for 6 months. Quitting was NOT automatic, but considering how many times I tried to quit before, hypnosis obviously helped. I am very thankful for his help and I would recommend his group therapy sessions.
