I visited the salon last week for the first time to get extensions, and from the initial booking when I called, after reading other reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. The receptionist was warm and friendly.
My stylist Georgia was phenomenal! I was a little nervous about getting extensions for the first time at a new salon. Georgia gave me a great consultation, after the consultation I knew that I was in good hands. She matched the hair perfectly to my orginal hair color, and blended the hair very well. My hair looks so natural, and great. I have received several compliments after leaving the salon. The pricing for extension are very reasonable, especially being a salon located in the Chicago loop.
