My husband and I stayed there for a week on business and we needed an additional night. Instead of staying in the same room, Policy deemed that I remove everything from our room BEFORE I could check into another room, not transfer to another but completely check out. My 6 year old son and I, 7 months pregnant dragged everything down two flights of stairs (elevator out of service) only to find that they needed our employeers signature even though he had verbally agreed. With no public phones to contact our boss I asked to use the front desks phone, I was told no. I was forced out in the winter to find another phone, baggage and all. I did not return. I decided that if I needed a place to stay the bus terminal would be more appealing.
Pros: hot water, clean upon entry, decent snow removal
Cons: Horrid service, Inadequate policies, Quality overpriced
