Review content:
I enjoy coming in to your shop. Liz is great at helping out with helmet fits and boots too. The parts guys get backed up pretty easy but that is the nature of technical sales, you gotta get the right part for the customer or they're not going to be happy. Please work on phone procedures, I have been inadvertently disconnected at least 3 times in the last year. Not a big deal but you lose sales that way.
