My family and I are new to Raleigh, and every doctor we try, I'm the guinee pig first. I was taken in the office about half hour late, and pushed in and out within ten minutes. It turned out most of what I went in for was cosmetic concerns, and i was told insurance would not cover any of it, but she didn't suggest any alternatives for me. She was direct, a little cold, and unconcerned. By the time I left, I felt like that was the fastest money I'd ever spent. Although the desk nurses sold me a couple creams that might help, the doctor never mentioned these were for sale there. The creams are working fine, but attacking my condition slowly. Although I am pleased with total result, I will still look for another dermatologist to visit for the rest of my family. Pros: listed to my concerns Cons: very rushed
