I felt the need to write this to everyone because of occurrences that happened yesterday (Friday). By 11 pm Thursday night I was in severe pain. I called Dr Refoas office, left a message to call me as soon as they opened. They called me first thing Friday morning. Hilda, Dr Refoa's receptionist, got me in quickly, and was very professional. That was just a clue as to what was to come. Katrin, the hygienist ( a great on too) took my x-rays, not an easy task, considering the pain. Dr. Janet Refoa took some extra time to explain what was happening, and my treatment choices. I am writing this because, although I have to go back and complete the work next week, I have been absolutely pain and discomfort free since I left her office. I t was the most incredible dental experience I have ever had ( I didn't even feel the needle). An extra bonus, I got to see Aslan, Dr Refoas husband. He also a dentist , but, apparently runs the office.
Great experience, spectacular care, incredible professional people. If you have a dental problem..GO SEE
THEM!!!
