Hi, I'm the manager of Collision Physician of Wellington as for the commit of Crystal.
No# 1 I was never rude to her and all customers that I deal with I treat with the utmost respect and care.
No# 2 Crystals accident was the front of her vehicle we painted the front bumper cover, hood, RT & LT fenders and RT front door. Crystal showed me the hood, the hood clearly had rock chips NOT peeling that is wear and tear. I?m sorry that is not covered.
As for the driver side LT front door, LT rear door and LT qtr panel that was peeling that WE NEVER TOUCHED, I showed Crystal how shiny the front of the vehicle that we painted still is, and for the back of the vehicle is faded and peeling that WE NEVER TOUCHED OR PAINTED. Just because Collision Physician works on a vehicle the Warranty only covers the items we worked on NOT THE WHOLE CAR.
Collision Physician does GUARANTEE ALL WORK THAT IS PREFORMED, We have the highest customer service and Quality of repair in Palm Beach County.
