Caliber Collision

This place is the worst. My car was in this shop for four weeks. Elvis called me to tell me it would be ready in two weeks, the third week he called to say some of the parts were wrong and it would take another week. To say the least 4 weeks later car still there!. Ridiculous!!!! Do not recommend this place.!!!!!! more

Hi, I'm the manager of Collision Physician of Wellington as for the commit of Crystal. No# 1 I was never rude to her and all customers that I deal with I treat with the utmost respect and care. No# 2 Crystals accident was the front of her vehicle we painted the front bumper cover, hood, RT & LT fenders and RT front door. Crystal showed me the hood, the hood clearly had rock chips NOT peeling that is wear and tear. I?m sorry that is not covered. As for the driver side LT front door, LT rear door and LT qtr panel that was peeling that WE NEVER TOUCHED, I showed Crystal how shiny the front of the vehicle that we painted still is, and for the back of the vehicle is faded and peeling that WE NEVER TOUCHED OR PAINTED. Just because Collision Physician works on a vehicle the Warranty only covers the items we worked on NOT THE WHOLE CAR. Collision Physician does GUARANTEE ALL WORK THAT IS PREFORMED, We have the highest customer service and Quality of repair in Palm Beach County. more

my car was in a bad actcident i took it to Collision Physician to get fixed when i picked up the car they had told me that they garentee there work and that they garentee there pain job for the life of the car. I have brought my car back to them because they did a horrible paint job and the paint is peeling. the first sighns of the peeling they said something li8ke a rock may have hit the car and that it was just waer and tear that they were not responsable to fix it.. and now the whole side of the car that they painted is now peeling and they once agian said that there not responsable to fix it because they also painted the hood of the car and thats not peeling so it must be some other reason.. please dont waist your time...The manager mike is also so rude.. Horrible customer service. more
