Businiess name:  Mika Specialty Salon

Review content:
Sometimes salons get too popular - they lose sight of good service - definitely the case with Mika. I'm new here and Mika was recommended. I scheduled an appointment for cut and color. Short story, the colorist slapped color on my hair and vanished for OVER AN HOUR - and I mean vanished. Finally after my head started seriously burning, one of the other colorists had to FIND my colorist. During the 1:10 minute wait with color applied, she never ONCE checked on my hair ...she just disappeared not to be found. She was too busy with all the other patrons I guess since she let me know Mika was now the ""hot"" salon in town...I guess it is hot if you mean chemicals burning your head. New to town?...I recommend finding another salon that isn't too popular to provide good service.
