Review content:
I have not had the most pleasant experience with Trintiy Pediatrics. We were used to a very warm and inviting experience with our previous practitioner in upstate NY. The atmosphere @ Trinity is very cold, and uncaring. It is not the physician though. Dr. Ajufo was wonderful with my children. He was very thorough with his examinations and explanations. His office staff is lacking in etiquette and compassion. They often overbook visits and you wait for hours to be seen. A person with a 2pm appointment should not have to wait to be seen until 4:45. Also, we updated address and phone information at every visit as they never changed it when we moved 4 1/2 years ago. They sent my bills to wrong address and called wrong home to verify scheduled appointments. Now they are trying to collect money from the very first visit my children ever had with them 5 years ago. That visit was for school entrance physicals and was completely covered by insurance. I don't know how they can wait 5 years to say that we owe them money beside the fact that we paid the balance due after deductible and insurance for servicies rendered in full at each visit. Of course I have no way of proving this as I no longer have insurance through the carrier we had at the time and have thrown all that information away (I held on to it for 2 years and didn't think I would need it anymore). I refuse to pay for services that I have already paid for. My credit is now being affected and I am in a real bind because of this offices poor record keeping practices. Their excuse as that they changed billing softwear and that is when the money owed was found. What am I to do now?
Pros: Dr. Ajufo very efficient and caring
Cons: Office staff lacks etiquette and compassion
