I have been waiting for my medicaid to be approved for my son, Dylan, and had to pay out of pocket for his first 3 initial assessments under the impression that his medicaid would be retroactive and cover our expenses. Not once was I informed by their staff that I could not be reimbursed and they would bill medicaid. Once the medicaid was processed I was told I would have to contact Medicaid myself. The medicaid employee told me that the doctor's office would have to be the one to submit the billing and that I couldn't get reimbursed for my out of pocket amount of $390.00! The staff at Trinity should have known medicaid's policy. They will not work with you!!! I was told be the Office Manager, Pat, that they would have to do this for all their patients. I said ""I would do this for my patients!"" It's not like they aren't getting paid. PLEASE BE ADVISED, THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU ON YOUR BILLING/INSURANCE!!
