We have been with Air-Rite from the time we had our first problem with our original equipment that was installed by our builder. Their tech Terry has been our Air-Rite resource from that very first call all the way through to the present time. He is very thorough whether he is here for our preventive maintenance or a service call. He is very pleasant and always goes that extra mile to make sure that we are taken care of. When our original system needed replacing, we stayed with Air-Rite. They came out to our home and did a site survey and asked us our concerns and needs. At the recommendation of Terry, we added an electronic air cleaner to our new system also, which we are very pleased with. We purchased one of the newer 2 staged heating units, airconditioner, humidifier, and electronic air cleaner. Air-Rite installed everything and we have continued with their maintenance plans on our new equipment. We have great peace of mind knowing that our system gets checked out twice a year by Terry, and if we were to have a problem with any of our equipment, Terry and Air-Rite will be there for us to take care of it. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.
