A friend of a friend had air rite out to look at 2 furnaces. Nick came out and sold him a service agreement. He also said 1 furnace had bad induced draft motor and other had bad blower motor. Blower motor was bad because oil was leaking from it. to repair these would be $2000! Well Nick, bad luck for you because guess what I do for a living? Nick, you know blower motor does not hold but a few drops of oil. They are sealed bearings. Do you receive bonus for what you sell? I know air rite has expenses but how can you charge $1500 labor? Parts were $520 including shipping. Nick, you tried to take advantage of these people. maybe air rite should change name to air rong. more

I've been a customer of Air Rite for several years now and couldn't be more pleased. I enjoy the peace of mind in knowing my heating & cooling system is in good working order & I can contact Air Rite with any questions or concerns. Their technicians always confirm the appointments & arrive when they say they will. They're also considerate of my home & do an excellent job. more

New Furance & AC installed 12/8/2011

I have been with Air-Rite over 14 years. We have our annual routine maintenance twice in a year. Our unit finially break down due to aging and tear and wear. We have a new furnace and A./C installed last week. The new furance runs very smooth with almost no noise. We can't mess up with Chicago's cold weather. Mike Pasquale is our sales guy that took care of our unit purchase, He is a very down to earth peson. Josh and the other tech installed the new unit. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I like their services. All the techs are very nice from Air Rite. I have my family get all the annual service from them. Highly recommended. more

Great service 9/7/2011

I have been with Air Rite for almost 10 years. Terry has been my tech for the last few maintenance calls and he's been great. He's very thorough, professional and friendly and makes sure I understand what he's done. He also takes the time to answer all my questions. I would recommend Air Rite to anyone. more

Peace of mind for the comfort and health of my family. 8/6/2011

We have been with Air-Rite from the time we had our first problem with our original equipment that was installed by our builder. Their tech Terry has been our Air-Rite resource from that very first call all the way through to the present time. He is very thorough whether he is here for our preventive maintenance or a service call. He is very pleasant and always goes that extra mile to make sure that we are taken care of. When our original system needed replacing, we stayed with Air-Rite. They came out to our home and did a site survey and asked us our concerns and needs. At the recommendation of Terry, we added an electronic air cleaner to our new system also, which we are very pleased with. We purchased one of the newer 2 staged heating units, airconditioner, humidifier, and electronic air cleaner. Air-Rite installed everything and we have continued with their maintenance plans on our new equipment. We have great peace of mind knowing that our system gets checked out twice a year by Terry, and if we were to have a problem with any of our equipment, Terry and Air-Rite will be there for us to take care of it. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. more

Consistantly great Service 7/27/2011

I have been with them for 10 years and I have no complaints at all. More importantly the service I have have had with their tech Terry all of these years has been tremendous. Not one complaint. He is very pleasant, very good and thorough on these service calls twice yearly. I purchase their preventive maintenance plans and I bellieve they are failry priced and well worth the headache prevention if my furnace or AC go down all I need to do is call. Their operators are also pleasant and overall these past 10 years it has been a great company to deal with. Great sevice overall! more

Outstanding Service... 6/22/2011

From scheduling service to the technicians to the follow up they are all top notch and highly recommended. We used Air-Rite for a furnace cleaning/check up this past fall as well as for an AC cleaning and tune up. They did a great job at a fair price and no high pressure sales job on upgrading equipment or other services. We have highly recommended Air-Rite to our friends and family and all have said the same.....the team at Air-Rite is top notch! more

Highly Recommend 6/19/2011

I just had Air Rite Heating & Cooling replace the furnace, air condition and water heater in my new condo in the city and I couldn't be more happy. Pat was great all throughout the process and ensured I was taken care of and got a good deal. He came by once to check out the place and within a day I had an estimate with several options at different price points, allowing me to choose what was best for me. They got me a great deal in the end. The guys that came by to install were great as well. They were right on time, completely professional and got the job done in a day (for all three). I highly recommend Air Rite for your Heating & Cooling needs! more
