Review content:
Unable to find an available car from our regular national car rental companies, our company turned to Triangle Rent A Car to provide a vehicle for an arriving salesperson. When we arrived at the Durham location to pick up the car that we had reserved we were told that the only car available was a two door convertible or a pickup truck. This was an unacceptable substitute as a 4 door car was needed to comfortably take customers to lunch. The gentleman at the counter told us that he expected full size cars to be returned in the next few hours, verified our telephone number and promised to call as the car class he had reserved became available - he expected something by 11am.
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Good luck getting a car
