Review content:
I'm always on the lookout for a new pedicure place near my home in Arlington, so tried out Nails by Noah in Lexington. For the price and service, I should have just gone to Newbury Street. The $30 I paid felt a bit steep for the service for the following reasons: 1) The water was cold in the tub, 2) the woman working on my feet cut my cuticles several times to the point where I started bleeding, probably because 3) the woman wasn't paying attention to what she was doing.... rather, she watched the soap on tv and chatted with her friend. Finally, 4) the woman didn't understand a word that I said (and didn't make an effort to get help translating). I won't go back....
Pros: None.
Cons: Expensive, poor customer service, don't speak any English.
