I have nothing but R A V E S for Bob. My clothes washer broke and I had no idea what was wrong or how much it was going to cost. When I talked to Bob, I knew instantly that he was an honest man with a good sense of humor. Bob has a great spirit, and I hope more people get to benefit from his hard, professional work (and his jokes).
Pros: He works for himself, using his name. His standards of quality are very high.
Cons: None. Hire him, already!
