I highly recommend Joe Hardwood Floors. I used them for the first time about 5 years ago to refinish the floors in my bedrooms and was very happy with the outcome. I used them again about 2 years ago to refinish the floors in my living room, and due to the damp weather, the finish came out not to my satisfaction. However, when I expressed my dissatisfaction to Joe Hardwood, they immediately redid the job. This impressed me very much. I also just recently purchased another home and had Joe Hardwood Floors install all new 5"" hardwoods in about 2,000 square feet of the house. We were in a time crunch to get in the house and Rob had two crews working for multiple days to ensure that we would get the floors installed and finished before we had to move in. The floors are absolutely beautiful and Rob really went out on a limb to get the floors completed before we moved in.
