Review content:
Do not trust Urban Audio Design, or specifically Kurt Chapin, to do ANYTHING at or around your house. You will be sorely disappointed, and likely out some money as well.
He no longer has a valid dealer account at either of the major Seattle area distributors (Avid in Bellevue, or Custom Plus in Kent/Auburn). This means he cannot purchase the products he quotes you at the dealer price unless he's having someone else purchase his merchandise for him. This, buy the way, violates all dealer agreements (and likely any warranties you might have as a consumer). Give these businesses a call and ask them about Urban Audio and Kurt, and see what they have to say. I guarantee it won't be flattering.
There are plenty of quality stereo/home theater installers in the Seattle area. Unfortunately, Kurt Chapin (and whatever he's calling his business these days) is NOT one of them.
