I took my older German Shepherd here to use the self dog wash. The girl ""minding the shop"" finally woke up and came in and rudely asked what I wanted. Once I got my dog in the tub, she wouldn't let me alone, but kept trying to pick up my (already unstable) dog's paw and stick her finger up inside his paw until I yelled at her to leave him alone. After yet another smoke outside, she put a poor little dog on the grooming table with a lead around his neck and went back outside smoking for the rest of our stay (I watched to make sure the poor dog didn't fall and strangle itself, since she didn't care). The other dogs left for grooming were left howling behind a door. It is too bad, as they have nice safe tubs and good sprayers.
