This is an updated review.
I received a phone call from the owner of the company in which he disagreed with my statements within the previous review and threatened legal action.
While I do not believe there is any actionable items of a legal nature within my previous review, in the interest of making certain that I have given this company a fair shake, I have updated this review to clarify my statements and exact issues with this company.
I stand by my statements that I feel the billing was arbitrary, contributing to this feeling is in my opinion the companies poorly laid out billing letters. Another part contributing to this would also be that the company did not consistently cut our grass, cutting less in some months and cutting more in other months. We requested (and were under the impression this was agreed to) a set schedule of cuttings, which did not vary.
This resulted in a widely varying monthly cost which also contributed to our disagreements concerning the final bill.
Upon further reflection my entire issue with the company surrounded billing, the issues did not extend to the actual quality of the work completed so I have increased the original rating.
If you are going to deal with this company I firmly suggest you have a written contract spelling out the details of your business arrangement.
