I always try the cake from Regent and always know that it is really great and delicious! I went for dinner with friends last night. It was my first time to try the dinner at Regent. It was surprisingly great!! It was really authentic Hong Kong style food. I really love the crispy noodle chow mein with BBQ Pork. My friend tried the Roast Duck noodle soup and it was amazingly great too! The BBQ Pork and Roast Duck were freshly made and tasted extremely well! Another friend also tried the fried tofu with mixed vegetables and it was also fresh and yummy! I would love to try other items on the menu. After dinner, of course we could not resist to have their cakes. My favourite is the mango mousse cake. It is just excellent. My friends tried the black forest and chocolate banana and it was great as expected too! I think the price are reasonable. I went to the H-mart mall in Lynnwood in the weekend and found out that the bakery items in Lynnwood is actually more expensive than Bellevue. I am just glad to live in Bellevue with Regent being around.
