Jack Casale is the worst dentist I have ever been to. He misdiagnosed a painful tooth I had and insisted that it needed root canal. I asked him if there was ANY possibility that the pain could be temporary and the root could be saved and he said ABSOLUTELY NOT. I believed him and scheduled an appointment for the root canal procedure. Luckily I changed my mind when I found out he would not perform an electrical test on the nerve. PS- the pain went away all by itself. Plus, Dr. Casale was extremely rude. I merely asked him which number tooth needed the root canal. He said number 6 but I counted 5. And for that he accused me of ""playing dentist"". I was never once rude to him or disrespectful. He has a very arrogant and condescending attitude. On top of all that, when I called his office to ask if he does electrical testing to determine if a tooth really needs a root canal, his receptionist said YES. But Casale said NO and told me to find another dentist. Extremely rude.
