Jack Casale Pc

Jack Casale is the worst dentist I have ever been to. He misdiagnosed a painful tooth I had and insisted that it needed root canal. I asked him if there was ANY possibility that the pain could be temporary and the root could be saved and he said ABSOLUTELY NOT. I believed him and scheduled an appointment for the root canal procedure. Luckily I changed my mind when I found out he would not perform an electrical test on the nerve. PS- the pain went away all by itself. Plus, Dr. Casale was extremely rude. I merely asked him which number tooth needed the root canal. He said number 6 but I counted 5. And for that he accused me of ""playing dentist"". I was never once rude to him or disrespectful. He has a very arrogant and condescending attitude. On top of all that, when I called his office to ask if he does electrical testing to determine if a tooth really needs a root canal, his receptionist said YES. But Casale said NO and told me to find another dentist. Extremely rude. more

I was sent to Dr. Casale after my dentist couldn't figure out where my pain was coming from. Dr. Casale spent 3 minutes with me, took a blurry X-Ray (that cut off the problem tooth) and couldn't be bothered with actually looking in the tooth (didn't even do as much testing as my regular dentist). He said ""You're OK... just a slow healer. It could take up to 6 months for the pain to go away."" Really? Sure enough, I went for a 2nd opinion and the new Specialist found an obvious problem and had to pull the tooth. I feel great now. more

He is very patient .A very relaxing guy .He gives you as much novacaine as you need to with stand any procedure. He actually lets the benzo gel numb your gum before he sticks the needle in.Fantastic. If you are afraid of the dentist then this one is for you!!!!! more
