Happened to see there truck on the road going home after work. I usually turn my unit off each day and this day it wouldn't come on. I remembered seeing Hanks Austin AC Repair on a truck and gave them a call. While it took 3-4 hrs to come the service guys were polite and fixed my unit in about an hour even though it was after hours Aprox 9pm. Thank goodness I didn't have to spend the night w/o AC. The bill was actually very reasonable considering it took then almost 1.5 hrs. I would use and recommend Hanks Service again. They appeared to be very busy and I watched everything they did. They save me from sleeping in my sweat box and I am appreciative. Although nothing personally I hope I won't have to call you again anytime soon. It's been running just fine for about two weeks now. THANKS!
