Bought a Samsung refrigerator from Bill at Aus-Tex and the freezer didn't work. After talking with Bill and Samsung, it was supposed to be replaced. Bill then said that he did not have a compareable model to replace it with at the same cost. At the same time I was talking to him about the LG washer/dryer combo that was listed on his website for $999.00. I ordered it from him. He said he would check stock at LG. At that time he changed the price on his website to $1,599.00 and said it was no longer available. You try to support the independently owned business and they treat you with no respect. GO BIG BOX STORES!
