The only reason I give this business one star is because the owner is a nice guy!!! I brought my laptop in for repair because my hard drive didn't work. Jim had the computer for three weeks & I only heard from him once...I had to keep calling and going down there...I called him while he was out once & he told me he would be back to the shop in 15 minutes & would call me....I still didn't hear from him a week later!!! I finally got sick of it and went down there, asked for my computer back, paid a $29 diagnostic fee and left!!!! If you want quality service or someone who cares about his customers, don't go here!!!
