Review content:
A friend told me about Body Concepts in the summer of '08, and my husband and I went down to talk to the owner in the late fall of '08. We were impressed with Rick Hauck, so we signed up to work with him, starting just berfore Christmas. Long story short, we both lost weight, got strong, and changed our eating habits dramatically! A year later, and after a bout with my husband's heart, when he wasn't able to keep up the exercise regimen, we're back on the program. It shouldn't be difficult this time, because we've adopted ""clean"" eating permanently, and we're convinced that we want to continue exercising for the rest of our lives. These guys really know their stuff about nutrition, and Rick is the best personal trainer either one of us has worked with! (We're both 68, so we have worked with a lot of trainers.) Do yourself a favor, and get with these guys! Pros: Knowledge about exercise and nutrition Cons: Can't think of any
