Review content:
I dropped into spa newbury with no appointment late in the afternoon, after being told there were no openings at my original spa destination. They took me in right away, even though they were in the middle of an event, and I got the most amazing deep tissue massage. I rarely get massages and spa treatments for myself, so I was a little aprehensive walking in, but I left feeling AWESOME. Tina, (the woman who took care of me) was so skilled, and found areas of tension that I had been living with forever, some that I didn't realize had been there until she located them. The staff took a few minutes to warm up, (they seemed a little distracted and distant when I walked in) but I think that may have been a side effect of all the action gonig on with the event they were holding. All in all, a positive experience.
Pros: Very skilled staff, beautiful space, and they take last minute walk in appointments.
Cons: A little on the expesive side, and the staff seemed distracted.
