We booked some of Spa Newbury's discounted packages. We got exactly what we scheduled and paid for and more. The skin care therapist knew exactly what she was doing. My facial massage was long, luxurious and to die for. It was the longest and most enjoyable manicure and pedicure I have ever had. I went back during the week and was one of the only ones there. I was showered with attention, snacks, bonuses and treats. I wish we had better and more spas like this on the East Coast. It seems like you have to go here or to California to get an enjoyable spa experience. Better weekend availability would be best.
