It's been two months since I got my haircut here and I still can't get over how horrible my haircut is and how I can't even repair or fix the haircut. I waited too long to put this review actually. I just need to let everyone know! Do not get your haircut here!!! I wished I didn't even have to rate this hair salon. The place is deceivingly nice with a cosmopolitan air, but the haircuts are pathetic. Stefania cut my hair, she was very nice but she obviously doesn't know how to cut hair. She claimed that her specialty was thick-wavy hair (which is what I have), but she gave me the worst haircut ever! I look like I have a mullet or two haircuts in one, and all my layers are bluntly cut. Ever since I got my haircut there, my friends have been commenting on how terrible my haircut is and how I should go somewhere to get it fixed. I obviously wouldn't go back to get it ""fixed"" there again, because I'm terrorized from my first experience. At Metro Salon, not only do they NOT know how to cut hair, good luck making an appointment because their phone never works, and they are open a few times a week only. They should actually never open! If I got a haircut with Stefania, the owner, I can't even imagine how horrid the other hairdressers are. I'm so disappointed!! I spent $60 on a ridiculously experimental haircut from a woman who promised she was going to do a wonderful job, but now I have to wait 5 months or more for my hair to grow back so I can actually do something about it again. At this stage, my haircut is beyond repair. People save your money and go to NYC if you want to get a good haircut. The hairdressers are liars and will tell you they can give you what you want, but they just want your money. Bloody liars!
