Businiess name:  Bellini's Pasta & Pizza
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Bellini's has been quietly making the best pizzas in Atlanta for at least 25 years. The key to their success is the foundation. The crust is fairly thin. The sauce is a a perfect spicey balance of tomatoes, garlic, and oregano. A plain cheese pizza here is like mana from heaven, although their other toppings are very flavorful, too. Pizza isn't the only thing on their menu. They serve a variety of Italian entrees and salads, and there are nightly specials. This is a small family business. The interior of the restaurant is nice enough but on the small side, especially when the evening and weekend crowds show up. The lighting is low enough to be relaxing but not so dim that you can't read the menu. Candles on the table and Italian music on the sound system. The kitchen is in plain view of the dining room. There's plenty of parking, but you may have to wait for a table. If there are big crowds to handle, the staff can be very rushed. The food quality never suffers though. Take out is available. Pros: Delicious food, plenty of parking, pleasant ambiance Cons: Can get crowded
