Review content:
I do have to say that when something broke down at the house I was renting from this company that they would get right on it and fix it. 1st year rent for the old and small 3 bedroom 44 year old was $895 a month. When it came up for me to resign the lease after that year was up I was not sure if my job was going to transfer me, so I went month to month for and extra $50 a month. In 6 months it appeared I wasn't going to relocate, so I signed a new lease. They jacked my rent up to $1100 a month. I signed because I didn't want to move to another house. One Before the second lease was up I went to sign a 3rd lease with them. They advised me the rent was going to be $1250 a month. After paying on time every month and being a good tenant for 2 1/2 years they were going to yet raise my rent yet again? I declined the lease and found a 6 year old house with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths for $1050 a month in a much nicer neighborhood. Way to go and chase good tenants away Bennett!
