Dear webbizanalyst or Mr. William Chandler. This is Dr. Poquiz.. First, to clarify you and your son did NOT see me. You saw my medical partner. So please get your ""facts"" straight next time you post anonymously. Since we have established that neither you nor your son are my patients let me educate you on how our office works. We do not allow our staff to tolerate any verbal abuse from patients/parents including your use of the F word. That behavior is not tolerated in our staff and likewise will not be tolerated from our patients. We treat our patients like our own friends and family. We are blessed to have such a compassionate and caring person in our front office like Tina. If a person such as your self does not recognize that then we wish you the best of luck in search of an other practice. FYI we receive the majority of our new patients referrals from existing patients. This keeps some of the ""crazies"" on the internet out of our practice. I'm sure you understand.
