If tina (I'm not going to capitalize this losers name) answers the phone when you call this place, do yourself a big favor, HANG UP ON HER! She obviously hates her job and doesn't have any desire to help people through difficult situations. I called there recently because my 7th grader needed a few shots and a physical before the new school year started the following Monday.
At first she seemed ok but the more I talked to her the more her attitude tuned rotten. With a bad attitude she made us an appointment for the next day (Thursday). I only accepted because I was desperate and thought she just might be having a bad day.
So the RUDE lady would have all my insurance info and shot records prior to the appointment the following day, I faxed the information to the number that the RUDE lady provided.
The next morning: Soon after my Son and his Mother arrived to the appointment his Mom called me to let me know that the faxed info did not go through. I immediately faxed it again. I called the RUDE lady to confirm that she received it, she very RUDELY said no.
I said there must be something wrong with their fax; she RUDELY said something about it being my fax. To test my fax; I faxed the same information to a friend and it went through. I called the now VRY RUDE lady back and tried to get her to look at her fax for problems; she refused.
My Son's Mom called to let me know that the VERY RUDE lady will not be able to give him the shots he needed without the fax so I would need to get his shots somewhere else. I then decided to call his school and ask them to fax the info to the VERY RUDE lady and it went through, hmmm, maybe she turned her fax on or added paper or something.
Problem solved right? Nope; I get a call from my Son's Mom explaining that they did not have the shot medicine available to give him and we would have to come back later or the next day to get the shots UGGGH!
I called the next morning to make sure they had the medicine available so we didn't waste anymore of our time. Guess who answer's the phone? Yep, you guessed it; it was the INCOMPETENT VERY RUDE lady tina! She told me that she explained everything to my Son and his Mother the day before then hung up on me. Wow! Now let's add NO CLASS to the INCOMPETENT VERY RUDE LADY!
Do yourself a HUGE favor, go somewhere else. These people don't even have a website. If a business (especially a doctor's office) is not willing to provide a website or email to potential patients then they don't care enough about potential patients like us and have no problem hiring NO CLASS INCOMPETENT VERY RUDE people like tina.
