Oh My GOD!!!! Talk about a great experience. I've been an active runner and play baseball/softball. I noticed that my range of motion wasn't what it used to be and had a terrible pulled hamstring. I went to see Dr. Lester for an evaluation and he educated me about what I was doing wrong and started my chiropractice therapy. I feel 10+ years younger. I can run and stride like I did in High School and have done all my streaching exercises as instructed and have been doing great! Thanks Debbie, Cici and Dr. L! You are great! I recommended my team mates to go and so far two have gone and love the care that they provide there; they helped them out with their insurance too. How great was that....Go see for yourself.
