I just bought an Audi, so I'm pretty particular about servicing it. My CEL light came on, so I went to have the code read. It turned out to be a heater relay circuit problem in the bank 1, sensor 1 oxygen sensor (my car has 4!). I called several places for estimates. They ranged anywhere between $250 and $450(dealer). I called D & M because I'd had previous experience with them when I owned a VW. They quoted me about $240. I scheduled an appointment for the end of the week while I ordered a new oxygen sensor online. I took my car in and left it with Jon in the morning. He ended up working on the car most of the day, so I was afraid of what that would cost me. He called about 3pm and told me my car was ready and that the balance owed for the service was $125 for an hour-and-a-half labor. I was impressed. Not only did Jon take the time to diagnose and research where this particular sensor was, he charged me only a portion of the time that he spent working on the car. I'll definitely be back!
