Ok, I don't usually write these reviews, but we recently took our boys (ages 10-13) here for their birthday party and it was fantastic! We basically had the place to ourselves. We found the staff very accomodating; they encouraged the boys and gave them pointers on how to make it up the walls. We, the parents, didn't have to do anything; we took pictures and watched. The boys loved the physical challenge and (at the end) the competition of racing each other up the wall. You could see the confidence, determination and satisfaction on their faces with each climb. Our boys commented, ""This was the best party ever!"" I would highly recommend this place, especially if you have high energy kids like ours!
Pros: Kids really get a workout.
