I live in a co-op in Brooklyn, and we go to Bear Appliance for all of our repair needs. Igor, the man who comes out, is very professional. After fixing something he always does a follow up call to make sure everything is alright.
He has repaired our washing machines and dryers from non working to working, at least over 10 times. He's always replacing parts, and takes the time to go through everything and see if something needs to be replaced just to make sure.
Even if you have something unexpected come up, he's great for an emergency call too. If the washing machine was overflowing he would be the person to call because he would be here in 20 minutes to an hour to take care of it.
