Review content:
Mike Carroll provided very low quality work, was extremely unprofessional and was very difficult to work with although he charged high prices for the services he provided. Once we signed the contract with him, he became a different person. He did not show up on time; did not provide quality materials and was abrasive when he was asked to comply with the terms of the contract signed by both parties. Do not use this contractor!!
