Review content:
The first time, I received a great cut so I went back for cut/color. I wanted less red. The stylist ignored me, walked away without a word & then returned to color hair red. I told the stylist I wanted to leave length of my hair, my husband likes my hair longer, so do I. She lectured me for the rest of my appt about how I shouldn't let husband dictate how I style my hair. My hair is only shoulder length, I just wanted a different style, layers added & ends trimmed but still around same length. When I persisted, she simply trimmed the ends and refused to give me a new cut, charged me for a full haircut. I don't know what happened to this stylist between the first time I received the great cut and the second time, but obviously she's in need of medication.
