Review content:
I really had no idea who to use for some landscaping work I needed to have done, so 3 people recommended I use Scott's and I checked online to see reviews.
I saw Matt's review but thought, maybe he was over exaggerating or just one bad situation.
I called 4 times over a week period leaving messages on their answering machine without a single call back.
Finally called the garden center to actually speak with someone.
They said they would come out to check my lawn and then never showed.
Called again and they said they were 99% sure they would be at my place that day but would call back to confirm. No call and no show ... AGAIN.
They might actually do good work if you could actually get them to care enough to talk to you. Maybe business is booming and they just don't care but after a week and no attempt to be responsible, I can only imagine what it would be like if something went wrong with the work.
So I will avoid them like and recommend others do too. Only wish I knew who to call now :(
